gymc is currently developing a social enterprise call centre which will provide modern business services for embryonic and developed businesses in the area.
In addition to telephone answering services using voip technology, i-line will deliver bookkeeping, web based services and tele-sales.
Asset Transfer and Management
gymc identifies redundant, derelict or underused local assets and assesses their viability for potential mixed use development. Using a conventional business model gymc’s approach is to acquire assets in order to redevelop them for profitable income generation and as a method to raise finance on secured assets.
GateKeeper’s Lodge
The first development of this type is Gatekeepers Lodge. gymc currently has a 99 year lease on this Grade 2 listed building and 1/3rd of an acre of land in this prime location. It is currently commencing a renovation and redevelopment programme over the next 5 years which will gradually bring the site into use and provide a range of facilities and offices for the local community.
gymc is the lead on this development in partnership with NELC, Heritage Lottery and other agencies.
