Stories of Cemetery Lodge

Anyone with memories, stories, recollections of Cemetery Lodge is invited to participate in our project which will record the history of Cemetery Lodge before it moves on to its new life as GateKeeper’s Lodge.

This project is being led by Ann Howe of gymc assisted by Mike Cartwright, former Radio Producer of Radio Humberside, now lecturer at Grimsby Institute and assisted by the EveryVoice scheme.

If you are interested in being involved either contact Ann at annhowe@gymc.org.uk or come along to an introductory seminar on:

5th September 2007 between 2pm and 4pm
12th September 2007 between 6pm and 8pm

both at The Business Centre, King Edward Street.

Help develop GateKeeper’s Lodge

Volunteer opportunities exist to help develop GateKeeper’s Lodge and its gardens. This project is being led by Martin Wade of gymc and we plan to secure the property and gardens by October 2007 and to begin work in October 2007.
