Gatekeeper's Lodge
gymc has a 99 year lease on this Grade 2 listed building in a prime location in Grimsby. We are currently commencing a renovation and redevelopment programme over the next 5 years which will gradually bring the site into use and provide a range of facilities and offices for the local community.
gymc is the lead on this development in partnership with NELC, Hertage Lottery and other agencies.

These FREE SEMINARS will explore and discuss opportunities for social enterprise in health and social care and what this might mean to you.
The seminars are part of a wider programme of support for social enterprise development delivered by Social Enterprise Humber, part of Business Link Humber, called “Growing Social Enterprise in the Humber” which is supported by Yorkshire Forward and the European Regional Development Fund.
The key note speaker for both of these events will be Cheryl Kernot, Programme Director, Health Accelerator, the Skoll Foundation, an international centre for social entrepreneurship at Oxford. The other Speakers will be from various areas of the health sector.
